Cable Connectivity- Unable to connect to Internet

Hi team Vodafone,

We received the modem via DHL and cable internet connection is not working. The modem is able to connect to my phones via wi-fi. But it is not actually connecting to the internet. Can you please advise next steps to get this working as the problems seem to be on the cable connectivity. Would appreciate quick action.

I can gladly take a look at the connection. Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.
