All lamps are on but no intenet

I have problem with internet connection, dispite all lamps are white there is no internet connection.

I try to restart rooter, detach and reattach all cables and restart again, even factory reset, and nothing. Internet come in moment an it's gone again, that happened sporadically.

I called center today, and they told me to do same as I did. They took my personal data and customer number, and told me that they will check in central. That was this morning, now is evening and still nothing.

I will appreciate any help, I am working from home and I am kinda bit pessimistic of quick solution.

seems that your router (your internet account) is not activated right now.

signal seems 2 be okay - otherwise the internet led wouldn't be white.

sadly, because of some process changes in vodafone's system 2 activate new routers (should work automatically, like "plug & play") 

most agents r not able / allowed 2 "cbeck in" / activate a router...

u'll have 2 wait - in worst case 'til monday, normally 'zil next working day
