Hello team, I have been having internet problems for a month now, the internet stops working more than 10 times a day. The power/dsl light is blinking and internet is not working for 20-30 minutes. I am having hard time as I am in the middle of my office calls.
Could you please take care of this problem?
1. I have restarted router 100 times
2. updated latest software
3. ordered new router too
4. Your technicians have called 10 times, did some trouble shooting but never gave me results. They just say that your area has no problem.
Please help me as I am very irritated now
