extremely slow internet speed

I have Vodafone CableMax 1000 contract but the internet speed is very slow from the very beginning of the contract. I am getting only 1/3 of the promised speed. Attached also are official Vodafone speed test results. These tests are done on my laptop which is connected through LAN with Router. Earlier I had t mobile connection and it was very stable but Vodafone connection is not at all stable, which is clearly evident from the test results also. I have Vodafone station as the router. I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and try to make things better because I dont have any issue in staying with Vodafone, but if the speed cannot be improved then please cancel my contract. that is not correct. The speed is designed via LAN. So the measurements are all via WLAN? Please run the speed tests over LAN.
