I have received my equipment but self installation has not worked. The internet light on my equipment just continually blinks red and there is no connection. I probably need a technician to come out to complete the connection.
Calling customer service has been of no help. I either get hung up on or get told obviously false nonsense like "just wait until tomorrow and it will work." So I am posting here in the hopes of getting a reply from someone that can/will actually do something to help me.

Hey Atfricks,
I'm sorry to hear that your landline is not working yet.
Was the technician already onsite to activate the landline (the excact date gets communicated in the welcomeletter).
Are you using internet via cable or dsl?
If you are using dsl, feel free to send me a private message with your dsl customernumber.
If its via cable , please post into this thread , then one of my colleagues will take care of you.
