Hello,

I have been facing problems with the internet connection since three weeks. I have a contract with Vodafone Wlan-Hotspot-Flat. I can not find the network at all when I am in house. At certain ares I can see the network but I can't connect it shows Can't obtain the IP addresses.

 

Can I please have an answer as I have spent two hours trying to reach the client support and unfortunately couldn't get my problem solved.

I would like to cancel my contract as this is a reoccurring problem and no action has been taken to help me solve this issue. Can you please help me and tell me how can I do this?
