Hey guys,
It's been the whole day I don't have Internet.
Today I had to buy a pass for Vodafone Homespot, but I don't want to keep doing that and pay double -plus, I also have a renter that I will have to sponsor if this keeps on going, and it's also an open network I don't want to use-.
Any news for the fix?
The location is Burggrafenstrasse, Berlin, 10787

Still nothing.
I paid 5 euros for a one day hotpost, 10 Euros for a weekly pass, I'm still on a non-secured wifi doing important business, I I must make it up to my vermieter who's going out to cafes for wifi, and I'm running out of data on my phone.
Can I please have an update on this?

Hey guys,
The full day of Monday has also gone by and still nothing.
It's been since Friday morning and I still cannot get in touch with anyone.
TOBi asks me for a German phone number, but I don't have one.

which router and contract do you have? You mentioned a Hotspot which is rather cable than DSL. Do your neighbours have the same problem?

In the end, I managed to call someone and with my bad Gerrman managed to order a new router -it seems that's the issue-.
But since we're here, may I get some help to register my contract here?
I don't have a German phone number because I only spend limited time here, and that's often an issue to register myself.

Hello lucio7,
good that you got help on the hotline :). If you have a DSL contract you should find the required Modem Installation Code on your confirmation of order. If you have a cable contract instead you need to choose the third button "Kabel-Produkte (außer in NRW, BW, Hessen) & GigaTV Net." There you need to enter an activation code, that is also on your confirmation of order.

look at the contract documents that came by letter. There you will find the code which you can then use.
