Was soll ich meinem Vermieter sagen?
Vielen Dank!

Hey Hannimen,
the documents from the technician are only for internal usage between the telecom & vodafone.
This also applies to the name/Phonenumber from the technician 😞
The technician said " Inhouse connection defect - no fallback possibilty // "Endleitung defekt , keine Umschaltmöglichkeit"
This means that there is a failure somewhere between the central distribution box (most likely in the basement) "APL/Hausverteiler" and the telephone connection socket in your appartment.
This needs to be fixed by an electrician. Once this is done , everything should work fine. If not, we can open a technical ticket once the inhouse connection is fixed.
Cheers,
Andre

Hey Hannimen,
if its easier for you - can also post in english.
VG,
Andre

Hi again. I just contacted my landlord, and she asked for the technician's note, and then she can hire an electrician to fix the cables. Is it possible for me to contact the technician who came to my apartment?
The order number for the appointment is ARCXXX

Hi again. My landlord replied and he requires another proof indicating the damage of the cables.
Can you send me official proof of some sort including the address and the problem of the cable?
His reply is in the photo attached.
Or perhaps you could provide a phone number for him to call, and then the situation can be explained.
Many thanks!
