New DLS connection No Internet

Good Morning,

My DLS connection was suppose to be start 18 May 2021, but not is not working, has never work since the installation yesterday. The technician came to my house and did some work and left, and here I am without internet, what I suppose to do?

did you connect your modem and activate with your MIC (Modem-Installations-Code)

Did you receive an error message? What does it say?

If activating your modem does not work, send me a private message.

I need your name, customer number and mobile phone number.
