Hello,
I have a DSL connection from Vodafone but I do not have internet for almost 1 month now. Initially my neighbour had complained to Vodafone, and they checked the issue. They said that a nearby construction project had cut our wires.
The construction company then fixed the wires, and now the entire apartment building has internet except me. I spoke to the technician from this company and he said that the wire is connected but he mentioned something like "Telekom APL has to be reconnected". My German isn't good so I have no idea what this means.
I am guessing that now that the wire is fixed, someone from Vodafone has to reconfigure it? I am still getting the same error on my router "No Internet". I tried to restart it, reconfigure it, but nothing works.
Please let me know what should I do, also keeping in mind that I am new here and cannot speak German. Thank you!
