It's been already one week with no internet

Hello there,

As I said, It's been already one week with no internet line for me. I tried to call CS phone number and every time I speak English, they hang up on me.

I'm working from home and this is being a nightmare. 7 DAYS, NO SOLUTION, NO POSSIBLE CONTACT WITH THIS INTERNET PROVIDER.

Sadly there is no dedicated english speaking hotline. Most agents should be able to handle a call neverthess.
