Hello all,
I have DSL internet with an easybox 804 but I suddenly lost the internet connection last night and neither turning off/turning on again the modem nor hard-refreshing the modem worked.
Now I'm stuck in a situation where I'd reset the modem, I was asked to activate the internet again with this easybox, BUT there's an issue identifying/locating the internet connection. It constantly gives this message "Keine Internetverbindung" whilst the signals on the modem seem like working with green lights.
Can you please let me know what else I can try to solve this issue?

maybe it has something to do with natuonwide outtake, many have problems like this. her its too.
