Easybox not working :(

Hey,

my Easybox just stopped. Top lights are all green, bottom is red. They are on all the time.

Can someone help me?

I'm sorry there is an issue with your broadband.

If "Top lights are all green, bottom is red", that sounds like the way it should be, doesn't it?

Have you tried unpowering your EasyBox to re-start it?

If this doesn't help the broadband line may be down.

In this case, please use the hints given here: Help in case of malfunctions (all advice only available in German, I'm afraid)

Or contact the customer service team. 

They will know how to help you.
