eSIM transfer from one android phone to another

Hallo and sorry for writing in english.

Can't find a way to transfer eSIM from one android phone to another. I have old CallYa tariff, and in MeinVodafone app there is no option to request a new eSIM QR via email.

Nope, doesn't work. No matter what i write it won't connect me to VF staff

I deleted my MeinVodafone web accont.

Now I can't even create the same one with the same VF phonenumber. This is so stupid.

Created a new one without phone number. Tried adding my phone number to new account - no, doesn't wok.

Callback from VF staff via TOBi also not working.

Can VF staff contact me via Whatsapp without f**king TOBi!?
