Hi, I wish to transfer balance to another CallYa number. I am doing it via the app. But it is showing 'Balance Transfer is not possible'.

What amount you try to transfer to another mobile phone number? It's only possible 5, 10 or 20 €. Also the transfer is limited within a certain time period and amount.
And you're sure the other mobile phone number is from Vodafone?

Yes, i am trying to transfer balance to my wife's vodafone callya number. But neither the app nor 22922 works. On 22922, the automated messaging says 'your provider has barred from balance transfer'.

And both of you have CallYa cards directly from Vodafone and not from 3rd parties like Mobilcom Debitel?
And you didn't transfer any money in the last month?

Yes, both numbers are directly from Vodafone. I had transferred my number from Mobilcom to Vodafone. I have never been able to do this transfer. I have to individually recharge them,
Also this is the message i recieve on the App when trying to transfer.

Is there any way i can complain to Vodafone ? The customer care number speaks only German, and my German is not that good to hold a steady conversation with them. Earlier I could reach out via facebook messenger, but not any longer.

You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff. 👍
