CallYa Balance Disappearing

Hi, I topped up my account with €30 today for my CallYa plan. The money has been taken from my bank account but it hasn't showed up in my Vodafone account. I also received no text to say that it has been received. It's been almost a full day and it still hasn't showed up.

How did you top up your credit? Via bank transfer, via the MeinVodafone app/website, CallNow voucher (from kiosk, gas station etc.) or another way?
