Transfer balance when phone number transfer

Hello,

I have transfered my phone number to another provider. The transfer is done and the number is working but last time, I had some balance in Euros on it. Will this balance also transfer to the new provider? If not, how can I refund it back?

Hi @tufanS,

It's not possible to transfer the credit to your new provider. 

How you can cash out your credit is described in VF KB article.

To cash out your credit you have to get in contact with VF. You can use one of these contact channels. I recoomend one of the both social media channels (Facebook/Twitter).
