Internet not working for over one month

Hello !

 

My fixed-line internet connection at home hasn't been working for over 1 month now. I opened a ticket but this is still "ongoing". This is already unacceptable as I have already been charged for the month of June. Can Vodafone please clarify what is happening? Thank you.
