Today i have activated my callya sim card using postident but i cannot login to Mein Vodafone app because i don't have the username and customer password. İ did not get any emails regarding this and the shop i bought sim card from did not give me any information about this
İ cannot reach Vodafone customer service because there is no English line that i can communicate with.

you can use the app without registration. Please open the app via the mobile data of your tariff.
If you do not know your password, you can set a new one using the following form: https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/265.pdf.
