I can't log in on the MeinVodafone app (Android Phone)

Hello Vodafone Community,

I have a problem when logging in to the app MeinVodafone, although I already created my account on the Vodafone website.

I can log in on the Vodafone website using a username and its password. But, when I type the phone number, I can't work. I also try using the SMS code, it doesn't work as well.
Your help and assistance are really appreciated.

Hi @Phyta,

Please use the MeinVodafone App the first time with your mobile data connection. The app will validate you with your mobile phone number automatically.
