Hi, Sorry for that i can only speak english.

I suppose that my prepaid card is blocked because I can not receive any SMS right now.

Can I get my number back? and there is still 5euros in my number, can I get my money back?

I hope I can talk to someone via private chat because there is no email to contact to you.

It depends on how long your card is blocked and/or was cancelled. If it's more than 30 days (if I remember right), a reactivation is impossible - if it's more than 90 days, even a transfer of "your" number to another provider is impossible as the number is then put back into the pool of unused numbers that will be assigned new customers in the future.

For the 5 € - as far as I know, you can call the CallYa hotline (from another phone) and ask for the transfer of that money to your (German) bank account...
