I deposited 20 and 25 euros to my CallYa account on September 7 around 17:00 via Apple Pay option from the Vodafone App. My Apple Pay is connected to my N26 bank account.
However, after 4 hours the amount still hasn’t showed up in my account balance on Vodafone App. Could you please help me with that? The amount was shown as withdrawn in my bank account.

did you also tried another option to pay? If so, has it worked?
Also i would like to ask, if you already have reinstalled the app, or deleted the cache memory? Sometimes this already helps. 🙂
if nothing helps you with this, pls get in contact with us again via WhatsApp. If you don't WhatsApp, pls try via SMS 0172 4401212.
At first our digital assistent TOBi will ask you some questions in German. Pls answer them (use a translator if needed) and he will forward your msg to us. Of course we will support you in English then. 🙂

I tried SEPA payment after I could not see the amount that was successfully deposited from my N26 bank account via Apple Pay on Mein Vodafone App. SEPA payment worked but the amount sent via Apple Pay is still not visible as of today.

I also tried to delete Vodafone App and reinstall it but still wasn’t able to see the deposited amount on the app.

I tried to message on Whatsapp and SMS but it does not work. I give my phone number but it doesn’t accept it and the assistant is pretty not useful. Also I received this SMS from Vodafone. As far as I know, your customer service does not speak English even though I call it, could you help me from here since I can provide all the info from here? I just want my refund if you don’t deposit the amount to my account.

When you want to write with a VF agent then write: Bitte um Weiterleitung an einem Mitarbeiter
And use this number for the CallYa WhatsApp chat. 👍

Unfortunately, the Whatsapp number you mentioned asks me my phone number and when I entered it, it does not accept the number. Is there a number that I can call and someone allowed to speak English picks up?
I’m requesting some information about my payment, if there’s a general problem with Apple Pay or something else. If Vodafone can’t provide that, I’ll ask my bank about a potential fraud here.
