Hi,
I have just migrated two phone numbers from contract to pre-paid. The data network (4G, 3G, etc.) isn't working at all in one of them. No network icon on the phone is active. I remember this happening before while I was living in Portugal and Vodafone was the provider. Probably the same issue. Back then the support had to activate something on the system.
