Change of Tariff by accident

Hello,

 

A few days ago I bought a 30GB per month prepaid card that lasts for 3 months at a Vodafone shop. 

On the app, my tariff is CallYa Allnet Flat L, but I accidentally clicked on change to CallYa black for next month, which will start on 30th Oct. I can't find any way to cancel that on the app or website. Could you please help me with this?

For this matter you should get in contact with the customer service. Use the CallYa WhatsApp chat.

(between 7:30 - 22 daily)

 

You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff. 👍
