Disclaimer: I failed to read a lot of fine print beforehand
We recently had problems with our home internet and decided to switch to Callya Black assuming we can immediately do it. I only realized the new tariff would take effect after my current bundle expires. I don't think we still need the switch by that time so is it possible to revoke my request to switch to Callya Black and stay with my current tariff?

You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff. 👍
