Unable to change the tariff plan for CallYa prepaid

Hi,
I have a CallYa prepaid number and an existing tariff plan of 9,99 Euros for 4 weeks. I have a new tariff plan starting from 19 June 2024 of 14,99 Euros for 4 weeks. I want to cancel the new tariff change, I want to remain on the existing tariff. I am unable to do this via the app. Can someone help me with this?

Hi @RohitV,

It's not possible to cancel a changes tariff plan normally. You can change back into CallYa Allnet Flat S when the next tariff is started its period time. 

Otherwise you have to get in contact with VF customer care center. Use the Callya WhatsApp/SMS Chat (daily between 7:30 - 22 Uhr).

With that chat TOBi redirected me to a VF staff. 

You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff.

Ok, I will try to connect with Vodafone staff. Otherwise, I will revert back once the new tariff starts. Thanks for the guidance @Mav1976.
