Change Voicemail Language to English

Hello,

I'd like to change the language of my voicemail menu to English. Is this possible?

I'm also wondering how I can re-listen to a voicemail. I received a notification that I had a voicemail and listened to it, but I don't speak German and need to listen to it again so that I can translate it.

It should be possible to change the language into English via customer care support. 

Use the Callya WhatsApp/SMS Chat (7:30 a.m - 10 p.m. daily).

You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff. 👍

There is also an InfoDok describing the voicemail box. This InfoDok 318 is in German only. But there you find how you can repeate old voicemails. 

Listening saved voicemails you press 1 and then 4.
