Cannot activate my prepaid tariff

I bought an e-sim with CallYa Allnet Flat. But I can't activate my tariff. I can't top up via the website. I get a "Please enter a different number" warning. I got a warning that this number is blocked at one time.

I would be very happy if you could help me.

German is spoken mostly in this forum. Aunt Google can translate that very well. That would also be respectful to the Germans who don't understand your language.

Where did you buy the SIM card? And it's a Vodafone prepaid (CallYa) SIM card?

When in a normal shop (e.g. kiosk, grocery, petrol station etc.) then you have to identify and register your SIM card at this website (only German) first. 

Feel free to use English language furthermore.
