Hello guys 👋 I ordered a CallYa SIM card on Dec 1. Since then I've only received an email saying that my card is on its way and nothing more. Is it normal?

ok so I contacted the customer service and the person on the hotline believed that the card has been sent and the only way to solve would be me reordering another card (but what if the same thing happens again??
