SIM Prepaid cancelation

My vodafone contract got canceled in June and Vodafone has offered me via email the option to keep using my simcards by opt in for the prepaid (pay as you go, cancel anytime).

I used it until August, but after that I haven't paid future invoices, thinking that would kick off the termination. That doesn't seem to be the case as Vodafone keeps sending me invoices of a service I don't even have/use anymore. I've moved out of Germany in August 31st.

I would like to get some help to cancel this, as I can't call with the old numbes, since I don't have them anymore, nor can I go on a Vodafone store to cancel it onsite.
I also would like to state that the unfair billing for months which I clearly not used.

Looking to hearing back from any support members,
Best

@tiarly

Are you sure you have a prepaid SIM-card? Prepaid and invoicing disagree each other.

For prepaid you don't get invoices because you have to top up the money by yourself to the SIM-card.

I see your point, and that makes sense indeed. my sim card was part of a long term package (added together with Cable package) and it was cancel in June as you can see from my current Customer ID. I'm not sure what is appearing for Vodafone now, since I no longer have an active plan or package.

My question still remains where, no matter what I have I would like to cancel as I'm still open talk, even though I'm no longer in Germany.

Can someone help me proceeding canceling whatever is still attached to me? I'm happy to seed in PM the invoice I've gotten if that helps investigate more info on my case.

As long as It can get help me get it cancel I'm happy.

Any updates please? @Mav1976

Hi @tiarly,

I'm not a stuff by Vodafone. This community is an U2U-community.

I only asked you because you post your thread in prepaid forum.

To get more information about your issue you should get in contact with Vodafone stuff directly. These stuffs are able to look into your account.

Use one of these contact channels. I recommend one of the both social media channels (Facebook/Twitter). 👍
