cancel contract

I already left Germany and sent a letter to Vodafona HQ to cancel my service but seems that this never happend.

How can I cancel my contract?

I do have my deregistration form.

Hi @Daniel810910,

if you are using a mobile contract, a cancellation is only possible to the next regular date - especially when you recieved a smartphone to the contract. Let's have a look on your contract. Please send me a private message   with your mobile number and customer password (alternatively name, address and birth date of the contract owner).
