I have been trying for few days to cancel my contract, because I´m moving back to Czech Republic, I have filled a lot of forms, but so far the answer was only, your contract will end at year 2027, if you want to cancel it before please fill out this form, which I did but the answer was still the same.
Could you please help, which form should I fill and what should I add to the cancelation?
