I am not happy with Vodafone call service. I can speak Germany. I called the helpline in need of internet connection. The guy started talking about tv connect stand l told him l don’t have a tv l don’t want that contract. I called again and told them l don’t want that contract and l did not agree in my email that l want that contract but in my surprise l received a letter saying l agreed. So we can’t purely call for help because we will be given contracts because we are foreigners. This people employed as customer helpers are using and abusing our data with Vodafone

I am writing again. Why is it so hard to call Vodafone for help why do you have to be offered contracts. I called them l got offered a contract l rejected did not agree in the email why l am l receiving posts. Who can help us. This is insane and unprofessional

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
