Hi,
I had ordered a phone but was lost during delivery and I had to wait for 2 months. At that point I was already charged for the phone and I was asked to order the phone again on new contract. I was told that my refund for the old phone would be processed within 5 weeks. But it has been over that time period and still have not reveived anything yet. I would appreciate if anyone who can help could reply to this message. Thank you!
