I received a bill for a cancelled contract that was incorrectly generated by a customer service representative. I already have a correct cable contract. The incorrect bill was issued for a different fibre optic contract.

Did you follow the correct procedure to get rid of the wrong contract? A revocation (Widerruf) is only possible within 14 days, and only if the contract was signed via phone, internet or an agent visiting you at home. Also the correct term Widerruf MUST be used, if you use any other term, like Kuendigung or cancellation it will end the contract at the end of the 24 month minimum contract term.
