No Longer Living In Germany. Canceled Service - Account Being Charged

Hello,

I don't speak German, and I don't live in Germany anymore. I was charged 140 euro for something, but I can't get customer service on the phone because I don't speak German and I'm not in Germany. I am unable to get an activation code, because I don't have a German number. 

I need someone from customer service to provide a contact number and English language service so that I can figure out what's going on.
