Hello,
I paused the Komfort Aufladen months ago, but there's still 20 Euro automatically charged to my Vodafone account.
How can I stop this???

Do you or did you have a CallYa Digital plan? In that case - as long as the CallYa Digital plan isn't cancelled - it will be renewed by direct debit every 28 days costing exactly 20 €.
This also has nothing to do with the "Komfortaufladung" / automatic top up, as the CallYa Digital plan does NOT use the topped up balance but instead will direct debit your bank account every 4 weeks.

Hi there,
Thanks so much for your reply. I used to have a CallYa digital plan but I switched it to CallYa classic last November. The 20€ is still automatically taken after that.
I don't know how I can stop it 😞

A change of tariff does not cancel the standing order. You can also deactivate this directly via the MyVodafone app. If you don't get along there, feel free to contact us via one of the following channels:

Thanks. There's a automatic PayPal top up. I canceled it using Facebook message.
