Got billed through mobile pay by inforoom abonnement,

It seems I have billed every month with some multiples of 4.99 euro months by a company named " inforoom," under "inforoom abonnement"
I never recall subscribing it or giving my consent. can you please let us know if you ensure that I will never get charged with the above?
and also please let me know what is the process to get refund.
