Sorry for posting in English, but my Deutsche is not good yet and I am lost to find help.
So I ordered a Vodafone Kabel connection on 3rd July 2023.
The box arrived today and I followed the instructions. I have 2 sockets and I have set up the Vodafone station as instructed. However, my internet light is red and blinking.
I have tried to troubleshoot it i.e. switching off for 3 mins, waiting for 15 mins, etc. but of no help. I have already confirmed my account and connected with my email id as instructed but it doesn't help.
How can I ask somebody to help me!?

Contact support via Facebook or Twitter (English support is available there) and tell them "self-installation failed". A technician will be sent. Here are the contacts:
