Hallo,
I have MeinVodafone app on my iPhone which I use to top up my phone number and to order CallYa plans. Every now and then I'm automatically logged out of this app and then I have to log in again. Several days ago was one such situation where I was logged out of this app and I wasn't able to login since.
I tried the following:
- Automatischer Login mit Handy-Nummer: deactivated my WLAN wifi connection, activated my mobile data, clicked on "Zustimmen und einloggen", the result is "Das hat leider nicht geklappt".
- Login mit SMS-Code: I write in my phone number there, I tried with and without prefix variations at least a couple of times, the result is "Das hat leider nicht geklappt".
- Login mit Internet-Passwort: this works but it logs me in my WLAN home wifi account, I can't top up and order prepaid CallYa plans from here.
- I also tried deleting the app and its data and reinstalling it two times, but the result is the same - I can't login into my smartphone vodafone account.
I will be travelling soon and I need to order a CallYa prepaid plan for my phone number. But how can I do that if MeinVodafone app just won't log me in?

Just wanted to say that I solved it. I topped up my phone number with credit which automatically renewed the CallYa plan I had activated in my account without needing to log in the app. Then I was able to login into MeinVodafone app on my iPhone using Automatischer Login mit Handy-Nummer.

Let´s start at the very beginning. Are you able to login on "mein Vodafone": https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/account/login
If it works, try to login with the same logindata in the Vodafone App on your phone.

Additional remark to @Typ2000 posting.
Delete the cache of the app or uninstall and reinstall the app again.
Then open the MeinVodafone app with your mobile data connection first time! The app should recognise you with your regular mobile phone number.

Hi,
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a couple of times before, and now have tried that all over again, but I still can't login with my regular phone number (and yes I turned off my home wifi connection and turned the mobile connection on). I also tried automatic login mit Handy-Nummer, same thing, it doesn't log me in. In the past this used to work immediately, but now it's just not working anymore.

Yes, I can login here using my browser: https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/account/login
And yes, I can log in MeinVodafone App on my iPhone with the same login data. It's just that my phone number is not attached to this account, so I can't choose CallYa prepaid plans for my number there. I need to log in on my account for my phone number using my phone number to be able to choose CallYa plans for my number.
I tried adding my phone number to mein Vodafone account where I have my internet cable contract, it gets me to a page where I have to enter my phone number, the displayed security code, and then I have to "Teilnehmer-Kennwort eingeben", but I don't know what that is or where I can find it? I have an eSim card and I don't think I've ever used this Kennwort so far? I've tried changing that password with "Hilfe zu Kennwörtern und Benutzernamen", but when I go "Mobilfunk: Kunden-Kennwort ändern" it says
