New Internet Cable Connection doesn’t work

Hi,

 

I’m new to Germany and not good enough with German yet. 

I recently ordered for Cable internet for my home. Followed the instructions for the self-installation but unable to get the connection working. Power/Cable LED is keep blinking. I tried to troubleshoot with GetConnected and Connection Assistant features but it doesn’t help and I was asked to contact hotline. Since, I’m not good with German, I’m having hard time to reach out with hotline support. Looking forward for resolution here.
