Hello,
I hope someone can assist me. My Vodafone bill for November wasn't paid because I didn’t have enough money in my account when the auto debit was attempted. Now that I have sufficient funds, I’d like to clear the outstanding bill.
Could someone guide me on how to pay it manually? I’d appreciate step-by-step instructions or any advice on how to resolve this issue quickly.

Thank you but if I pay them using my account, how will they know that this is my payment for the month of November? There must be a reference code for that which I can't find.

The invoice number and your customer number should be found at your invoice.
