Hello @Vodafon
I have received 7 registration emails for Gigakombi over the course of 3 months, I am not sure what is going on, initially @Andre was helping me, but seem we continue receive this registration emails , inspite of consenting it all the time, on top of that still the offer is not activated.
Sorry to say it is leading to a terrible customer experience, I am bit frustrated now 😞

I'm so sorry - it looks like my last private message did not get delivered.

My colleagues from the order department are trying to fix this . Its most likely a system issue.

I received the following SMS, not sure what that means (Translated).
Mobile and fixed-network contract. You will receive a retroactive credit of 203.49 euros. Sorry that this did not work out right away. Kind regards, Your Vodafone Team
Can you please explain what does retroactive credit means?
