Hi, I have looked around and realised it is difficult to get help in english around here. So I was hoping if anyone could help me understand some questions I had about the billing and invoice. We were told the first 6 months should be free but we were charged. And we are also confused about the credit system and what it means. Is there an email or system where I can get help in english? Thank you 🙂
