I have recently got a contract and using Young L 100GB Easter campaign tariff.
I would like to add a phone to my contract but neither online nor in the shop we were able to make it happen. When I got my contract they didn't even ask whether I want a phone or not. Now when I want to place an order I keep getting this error;
“Lieber Kunde,
Leider haben wir noch keine Bankinformationen von Dir. Du kannst Deine Kontodaten in MeinVodafone hinterlegen.”
I have checked my bank info and it is correct and ready to use. The guy in the store also said that there is no problem with my bank account whatsoever.
It is really frustrating, I would like to whether cancel my contract since I'm not happy with your service or get the phone by solving this issue until the campaign is over.

AFAIK, it's only possible to place an order for a mobile phone after 3 months after signing a SIM-only-contract...

Yes, you were right. So I had to cancel my contract and get a new one. Thank you for your answer!
