I have been trying to cancel for many days and I am not able to find the option or have any tracking for it.
I filled a cancelation form but can't track the status.
I have sent emails but no answer.
Trying to reach customer service but everything is in german.
I also visited the store and they said as I got the contract online I need to contact customer care online.
Please help me to cancel it!
