Hello,
In December 2022, I ordered a 20 Euro Callya Digital Simcard from Vodafone.
The sim card was never received by post.
In February 2023, I called Vodafone and told them it was not received.
They said they would send me a new sim card.
This sim card also was never received by post.
I just called to cancel the number/sim card. However, I was told a refund is not possible.
I wish to receive a refund to the amount of 80 euros for the months of never receiving my sim card, it was never used. Yet I was still billed 20 euros every month.
My Vodafone number was xxxxxxx - please assist.
