Apologies, my German is not very good yet. I recently subscribed to the XS tariff and I was expecting a 14.99 phone bill and received one for 60 euros, turns out I'm being charged the connection fee of 39.99. I can't understand the help line and TOBI's not helping, is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction? Cheers.
