I forgot to recharge my credit on the meinvodafone app, and now my internet connection has been blocked. Now I’m also not able to log into the app to add credit, an error appears when i try to log in. What should I do?
Since I don’t speak german very well, I wanted to contact them via message, so i can translate things. I tried talking with the virtual support on the website and WhatsApp, but then they tell me to contact them by call. Is there any other way I can get help?

Please try again via WhatsApp. If you don't want to call, you can tell them there and communicate in writing. That shouldn't be a problem. 🙂
