cheated by vodafone service partner

Dear Vodafone,

I was cheatd and made to sign a new cnotract by your service partner VFKD.

I had vodafone kable contract initially and decided to switch to Telekom at the ned of contract and signed a contract with Telekom. After this vodafone service partner with email (***) came to my home and offered some good deal and offered to transfer my contract from Telekom to Vodafone. He told me to get the offer, I need to transfer the Telekom contract to my wife's name. ANd he promised he will cancel Telekom contract once the vodafone contract is signed. This is where he cheated me. He never told me the if the contract is in my wife name, it will be considered as a new contract. Aslo he lied to me that he will cancel the contract from Telekom and transfer to Vodafone. Now I have 2 new contract and I could not cancel anyone as 2 weeks time to cancel is over. Please take this as my request and help me to cancel the contract, otherwise I need to go to lawyer and procees legally.

Normal support can't help you in this case, as they don't have insides of your verbal conversation regarding contract details. But even then when you get a lawyer, without any witnesses this case will be hard to prove in court. However, in my eyes the representative acted here with criminal thoughts. Asking someone to rewrite the existing contract to someone else so that the line is not blocked anymore and a new contract can be activated immediately is fraud. Moreover, if he were to claim that he could terminate the Telekom contract as a Vodafone representative, he is not authorized to do so at all.

However, you are also a bit to blame yourself. Within Corona times you're letting strangers into your private space and on top of that dubious sellers?

when was the start of the contract? If the withdrawal period is already over, it will be difficult to help.
